How can we help?

It's easy. Just drag and drop your file onto the upload area on the home page — or click it to browse your files. On mobile, you can also tap Scan with Camera to take a photo of a paper document.

We accept PDF, Word (.docx), and photo files (JPG or PNG).

We accept:

• PDF — any PDF document
• Word — .docx files
• Photos — JPG or PNG (great for paper documents you've photographed)

Maximum file size is 20 MB. Photos of physical documents should be 10 MB or under.

After reading your document, we give it a risk score from 1 to 10:

• 1–3 — Low risk. The document looks fair and reasonable.
• 4–6 — Medium risk. There are a few things to watch out for.
• 7–10 — High risk. There are serious concerns worth looking into.

The score is based on things like unfair clauses, missing protections, and unusual terms. It's a guide, not a guarantee — always read the full document yourself.

Yes. Your privacy matters to us:

• Your file is never saved to our servers.
• It's processed in memory and deleted immediately after analysis.
• We don't share it with anyone or use it to train AI.
• Only a summary of the results (like the risk score) is kept if you have an account.

You can cancel any time — no hoops to jump through:

1. Log in and go to your Dashboard.
2. Click Manage subscription.
3. Choose to cancel from the billing portal.

Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, you won't be charged again.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
